Yes I have to say Brickhaas saved my day when I was in a real bind because a different plumber, (Fagneli) walked off the job after having an attitude problem. My friend who is a realtor knew of Brickhaas and they’re good reputation, and he managed to get them to swoop in the same day and save my situation where I had three different groups of tenants all very much up in arms about the plumbing situation. The guys from Brickhaas were great! Answered all my questions, helped out after hours. They fixed my leaking gas line to the house, and when the (non-code) water main broke, they fixed it and a leaking pipe in the basement. Despite terrible weather, they were here working hard. Prices were very reasonable! Great customer service, and everyone on the job was upbeat and friendly. Highly recommend them!

Ive had nothing but great service from this company. Started using them 5 years ago for frozen pipes. Just had them fix my A/C unit on Monday July 15. Another company came and said I needed a new unit. Brickhaas came 20 minutes after they left and fixed my unit. These guys are awesome professionals! I will always use and recommend them.

I've been using Gary and his crew for about 5 years now. In addition to my personal residence I also have several rental properties. They have done it all for me. They have installed two boilers, new drain lines, gas supply lines, water supply lines, raised radiators. Always very responsive, honest, open, flexible, and easy to work with. We had a pipe leaking in our basement that we found on a Friday night. Called them late in the evening and they got back to me right away and scheduled a repair for Saturday morning. They showed up as expected, got the job done quickly, and did a great job for us. Overall they took a situation that could have been a huge pain and made it a non-issue. I'd definitely recommend.

Gary responded immediately to my call and was at house within about 20 minutes looking things over after another outfit chumped out. We had the main water line bust going into the house. He explained what needed to be done, and what was going to happen the next day. Him and his crew were there first thing in morning, with a Kubota to dig and had our water fixed and back on by about noon today! Great hard working team! Very knowledgeable guy, would HIGHLY recommend him and his crew to anyone! He also employs veterans! Big plus in my book, being a vet myself. Thanks guys!

Just had work done by brickhaas got new furnance don and scott did great job very professional very knowledgable very clean got job done in a timely manner hard to find companies like this gary the owner is on top of things 1st time calling this company went strictly on the reviews did not disappoint i have rental properties for 36 years I'm never totally happy after a job except for this one will be calling back in spring for ac unit

I've used Brickhaas a couple of times, including fixing a leaking utility sink and installing a hot water heater. Prices have always been reasonable, they show up when they say they will (a frequent problem in Pittsburgh), do a great job and clean up after themselves. Plus they are local!

This was the third or fourth time I have had Brickhaas Plumbing to do work in my house, and as always, they provide excellent service at a reasonable price. Don resolved the issue with my central air conditioner, and he went above and beyond to clearly explain everything that he was doing, the cost associated with it, and what the end result would be. As a business owner myself, I understand completely what it means to have good customer service. I have to say that when I chose to call Brickhaas, it was based solely on their great reviews. I always look for 5 star ratings. I have to say that I am very pleased with the service and the pricing I received from Brickhaas. They installed a completely new boiler system for me, and I’m very satisfied. The guys that did the work, were nice guys, and did a great job. I will most definitely call them again in the future, and I will recommend them to my friends and family !

Andrew is the best plumber I have ever come in contact with! I tried to find a plumber for 6 months to install a frost-free outdoor water spigot for me. Most plumbers didn't even call back, and the rest called back when they got around to it, like a week or 2 later. Sorry, but I don't want to do business with someone who took their good 'ol sweet time calling me back. Not the case with Brickhaas! Shocking, but Andrew called me back within 15 minutes! He gave me an appointment to come out and give me an estimate....and arrived ON TIME. He then gave me a fair price and an appointment to come back and do the work, and HE CAME WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. Andrew even called a half an hour before to let me know he was on his way. The install, by the way, is FLAWLESS and he left the area clean. Andrew is also personable and professional. I didn't think it was possible to find such a reliable company in Pittsburgh. Brickhaas is the Pittsburgh area's #1 A++++ Plumbers!

The gentlemen I worked with were fantastic! I needed new plumbing run for a new bathroom on our 2nd floor and they came though with flying colors! When the gentleman I left a message with called me back first he did was apologize that he didn't get back to me right away. (I know he is busy but it was within 36 hours so that is fine! ) He also sent out a wonderful man who explained everything he was going to do while working out his estimate. When the estimate came back and it was 65%% cheaper than another estimate I got we hired them right away. He then continued to work on our bathroom that very day and got it all ready for us to put in flooring and walls! His price came with all of the accessories (piping, and drain kit) where the other place those were all considered extra. When he hit a little snag he explained what happened with our old pipes and explained right away on how he could / was going to fix it. I will most defiantly use this company again!

I have used Brickhaas Plumbing three times now for both my home and my rental property. The projects ranged from digging out and replacing an exterior drain that was completely clogged with several feet of solid rock and sludge, to something as simple as installing a new faucet that didn't quite match the existing piping. Gary, in each case, was friendly, punctual, reliable, efficient, did quality work, gave solid explanations of potential causes of the issues, and helped me weigh the risks effectively. I will definitely be using Brickhaas Plumbing for all future plumbing issues.

Gary and his team are true professionals! In one morning, they were able to do a plumbing/HVAC diagnostic on two properties and in one case perform the work the same day to remedy several significant plumbing problems. I was also given a VERY fair price for the work as soon as the diagnostic was done. This kind of service is impossible to find, in any industry, but I've found it. I will be calling them for all of my plumbing/HVAC needs in the future!
